For more detailed information about programs and policies, check
The Advocate's Guide to Managed Health Care. The Guide is
the most comprehensive source of information on managed care in
New York.
We also offer free consumer workshops on Medicaid, Medicare, Child
Health Plus, and Managed Care for People with High Health Care
Needs. These workshops are conducted by trained staff at NYC MCCAP
agencies and are offered in several different languages.
Managed Care News, our quarterly newsletter,
informs human service professionals so they can best assist their
clients with health insurance issues.
